Assistant Controller
Company Description Job Description oResponsible for double entry accounting for multiple sets of books and entities.
o Assists in timely month end closing process, including posting journal entries, account reconciliations, preparation of closing schedules and ensuring sub-ledgers are reconciled to the general ledger.
o Analyzes various balance sheet and expense accounts.
o Cash management, including but not limited to cash needs, foreign transactions and wire transfer processing.
o Maintains and reconciles daily and monthly bank and credit card transactions.
o Oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
o Tax preparation for sales, business and personal property tax returns.
o Employee Benefits administration.
o Payroll Processing.
o Assists in special projects.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
3
years of experience in a similar position.
Teamwork is very important to build the department.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
