Managing Director - Venture Capital Relationship Management - Provider of Financial Services to
Leads efforts within assigned client firms to source qualified leads and opportunities for all lines of business within Financial Group to propose and close.
Collaborates with personnel from all lines of business to develop and manage the execution of Strategic Relationship Plans with objective of maximizing creation of value for clients, penetration of offerings, and gross profit growth and yield for Financial Group.
Manages internal and external conflict resolution affecting assigned clients.
Develops complex and creative solutions to client needs.
Interacts with clients, referrals and prospects independently.
Develops and maintains a network in the venture capital and PE community and develops referral sources for new SVB clients, investment opportunities, and sources of revenue.
Skills and Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors Degree 8
of related selling experience.
Strong negotiation & marketing skills Demonstrated leadership capability.
Ability to analyze client challenges, develops conceptual solutions, and negotiates in support of SVB line of business personnel.
Drive value to GPs at VC and PE Firms.
Expertise in expanding opportunities in a cross selling context, and coordinating a cross functional SVB team as required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
