Serve as the strategic partner to the Private Bank for internal and client communications and training in support of product and channel development Create and maintain product materials to support ongoing product and channel usage (both internal and client-facing) Develop comprehensive communication and training plans that outline the strategy and key deliverables required to drive the success with new or enhanced products, services and online banking functionality Create communications and training that drive awareness, understanding and action with clients and internal stakeholders Manage the delivery of communications and training to each audience, including coordination among other initiatives, channels and messages Maintain existing communications, training, and product materials used by internal teams and clients to ensure information is accurate, appropriate and relevant to the audience over time Skills and Requirements:
BA/BS MBA or Masters in Training, Communications or Organizational Development preferred Minimum of 5
years' experience in communications, financial services product management, marketing, or technical training role Superior skills in all communication disciplines:
written, presentation and interpersonal Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and Training techniques Flexible in a dynamic work environment Private banking or wealth management experience preferred Demonstrated understanding and experience articulating the UX in online environments Ability to communicate technical concepts in a comprehensible manner Understanding of the communication process Experience working with product development teams Excellent program and project management skills Ability to effectively drive multiple concurrent initiatives Source:
