Responsibilities Work directly with partners and internal stakeholders to understand and characterize skill sets and competencies, then design and develop high-quality exams and certifications for varying domestic and international markets.
Ensure alignment of certifications program with overarching Facebook business objectives.
Support team members to achieve a performance driven culture supporting impact, innovation and excellence in certifications.
Establish strong cross-functional relationships across the product, marketing and existing internal training teams to develop a certification program that showcases the best of Facebook.
Liaise with internal IT and design staff for exam delivery and logic storage.
Manage vendors and partners in all matters relating to planning, design, development, delivery, and evaluation activities.
Implement and enforce exam security measures.
Requirements Bachelor's degree 6
years program management/certification experience Large scale project management experience.
Track record of effectively delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects at one time in a fast-moving environment.
Expert and thought leader in certification Strong consulting, relationship management and advocacy skills, with a track record of delivery and impact at scale in organizations Strong leadership, interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with outstanding execution, resourcefulness and creativity.
Strong background in the development, implementation, and delivery of certification exams.
Experience managing global training vendors Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising teams and internal workings of agencies Source:
