Responsibilities As a member of the Academics team, you will -Build and execute innovative university programs that leverage Facebook's unique assets and position -Influence scalability and efficiency in program processes and engagement to enhance our organizational effectiveness, collaborate on special projects, etc.
Requirements A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Tech, HR or related field is required A minimum of 5
years of academic relations project/program management required Ability to balance strategic (big picture) thinking with tactical application (detail oriented/execution focused) Ability to work effectively on multiple projects with competing priorities Proven ability to design/develop processes/programs that meet the needs/requirements of the business Ability to coach, mentor, develop others, demonstrate interpersonal awareness, link team to organization, encourage impact and foster collaboration 20% travel may be required during the peak periods of the academic year Source:
