Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the OpenX Quality Assurance team to optimize product quality and customer satisfaction Establish, develop and maintain a QA methodology the right way from the ground up Understand OpenX products and develop and maintain comprehensive test plans Play a pivotal role in shaping OpenX products from a quality perspective, interacting cross-functionally throughout the company Lead the execution of test plans and work with testing analysts and developers to explore and resolve problems Review, optimize, and manage the defect logging process Required
Qualifications:
Advanced QA methodology knowledge and experience, including the establishment, maintenance and development of industry-leading processes required to support demanding enterprise customers Expert-level knowledge and experience testing throughout the full application / system life-cycle for web and non-web applications - to include functional, regression, and performance testing Proven ability to optimize smaller, distributed teams and scale them for dynamic growth, to include 24x7 operations Demonstrated experience with evaluating and building out full-scale test and staging environments Expert-level knowledge of automated test tools, development, maintenance and frameworks Proven ability to evaluate and manage third-party vendors Strong understanding of database driven, web-based enterprise applications Strong understanding of HTML and JavaScript Experience with Task Driven Development and iterative Agile Development Experience with Linux operating system Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent time management, planning, and project management skills Desirable
Qualifications:
Familiarity with online advertising technologies Experience writing and executing automated regression and unit tests Knowledge of scripting languages, e.

Perl, Python, or Ruby Knowledge of documentation and tracking tools, specifically Jira and Confluence Experience within a Knowledge-Centered Support organization and with Knowledge Management tools.
