THE OPPORTUNITY:
SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER / LEAD Specifically Be an integral part of the team defining and influencing the product vision.
Get your hands dirty with wireframing and creating detailed product requirements for both the ScaleFunder platform and ScaleFunder.
com.
Oversee QA and documentation for current and new features, maintain plan for ongoing product improvements.
Implement responsive design and mobile adaptation to ScaleFunder's platform and website.
Clearly articulate and write product requirements.
These requirements should be based on feedback from our clients, users and industry experience aligning with business objectives.
Assemble feedback groups, conduct and monitor user feedback, document issues and implement changes.
Assist in monitoring and optimizing adoption and other key performance metrics and conducting A/B testing as appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES EDUCATION:
Experience:
Experience with P2P funding platform a huge plus! Hands-on experience in working with a web based platform (i.
e.
adding more fields, adding inputs, so the platform can collect more data).
Be sensitive to the clients' needs.
Results oriented personality who drives specs, product changes and everyone on the team.
Iterative persona who enjoys finding alternatives to solutions.
Above all, of the highest levels of integrity, character and ethics.
