to 5 years of experience ( REQUIRED ) Supervisory Experience Required - YES ( Strong Leadership Experience, Need Exp Leading a Team, Possibly a Team or Section Leader ) Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree :
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field of study.
o 3
years of related experience including increasing responsibility and leadership of , scope and complexity in a manufacturing environment o SAP business system experience.
o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
o Self-starter , able to work with minimal supervision.
o Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
o Strong time management skills.
o Strong oral and written communication skills.
o Able to handle multiple and conflicting priorities.
o Foundational knowledge of lean principles and manufacturing processes.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
o 3
years of experience in supervision.
Lean or Six Sigma, 5s, Kaizen (Any of these preferred) POSITION
Summary:
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
o Utilize lean six sigma methodologies to reduce operational costs, inventory and lead-times as well as ensure alignment with long-term manufacturing strategies.
o Develop and establish manufacturing priorities based on the production schedule and monitor employee work requirements in order to meet customer deadlines.
o Utilize lean six sigma methodologies to reduce operational costs, inventories and lead times as well as ensuring alignment with long term manufacturing strategies.
o Monitor control plans, troubleshoot workmanship problems and supervise production activities to ensure manufactured products meet or exceed established quality requirements.
o Create the basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardize work processes are followed and countermeasures are implemented where necessary.
o Ensure that assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instruction and tools to successfully perform job.
o Additional related duties as required.
