Job Description Why join us Your Mission As a Sales Coordinator you will customarily and regularly exercise business direction and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance related to sales and operations.
Serving as a system expert and advisor to Account Managers to strategize and effectively implement campaign set up as you continue to work closely with sales, business development and operations to enhance and redefine sales products and materials while keeping management abreast of the sales pipeline.
A lover of data, you will track sales team revenue and pacing using internal and external systems, as well as track sales team 's coverage of sales targets weekly in our CRM tool, Salesforce.
Strong in your organizing and time management skills you will also:
Organize and maintain sales collateral and training documentation for the sales team Organize all new prospects by region, advertiser vertical (i.
e.
entertainment, retail, etc.
) and seasonality Act as a liaison to sales and marketing team to deliver promotional packages each month to new business targets Diligent, consistent attention to detail and management of administrative aspects of job Maintain in-depth understanding of company technology, products and services Special projects as assigned Job Requirements Is this you? You are a proud owner of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years' experience in a related environment, including experience in media planning, sales support and/or account management You have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Exceptional organizational and presentation skills You are team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to create a strong team environment across multiple offices Self-started that deliverable to outstanding execution with minimal supervision Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoy taking initiative You're proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Comfortable with changing environments and responsibilities Source:
