Bookkeeper, accounts receivable, accounting generalist and payroll generalist Position Accountability Categories Job Responsibilities Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department Manage the preparation of all financial reports Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives Serve as primary government liaison relative to financial issues Will audit and supervise payroll Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate department staff Coordinate with the management of the MIS department to ensure company objectives are met and company is in compliance Work closely with companys CPA firm Special projects as assigned by the CFO and or CEO Leadership Demonstrate the ability to successfully communicate the departments objectives, key performance indicators, and ongoing results, to ensure employees know the score.

Accomplish results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, disciplining, developing, motivating, and supporting employees.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with strong Accounting experience Three (3)
years experience as a controller Two (2)
years management experience Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including general accepted accounting principles.
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations Knowledge of Paychex as to have familiarity to address payroll issues, tax laws etc.
