Job Description Director of Human Resources exempt, FT, benefited position at critical access hospital located in northern California.
Year round recreation with four season beauty.
Facility includes hospital, comprehensive outpatient services, surgery, ALS ambulance service, 24-hr emergency room, four outpatient clinics with active telemedicine program and two campuses with skilled nursing facility.

250 on payroll; HR Director reports to CEO.
Directs HR staff.
Plans, directs and administers facility policies and procedures in areas of employment, salary administration, benefits and worker s compensation.
Counsels with all levels of management concerning personnel and ensures that disciplinary action is administered consistently with local, state and federal laws.
3-5 years human resources generalist experience, health care preferred with a minimum of 1-2 years management experience.
Must have knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws and general knowledge of labor finances in a hospital setting.
Must demonstrate strong conflict management and written/verbal communication skills.
Less than 1 hour to Reno, NV.
2 1/2 hours to Sacramento and Chico, CA.
